![]() I did receive a "phishing" email on the 1&1 account asking me to confirm that my domain name is still active and unfortunately I responded to it but could not get past the "captcha" screen. It is not the end of the world as I can download emails with Thunderbird but it is a mystery to me why this is happening. I thought it might be a temporary problem with the Apple server and 1&1 so created my 1&1 account again on Apple Mail but the strikethrough continues. I downloaded Thunderbird as an email client and everything from 1&1 works. However, as I prefer to use Apple Mail for all my email accounts I am still seeking an answer. I deleted my 1&1 mail accounts on both my iMac and iPad and this resolved the problem if I viewed emails on the server. I contacted 1&1 who felt this was an Apple problem so I contacted Apple but was unable to resolve this. ![]() Recently emails viewed on the 1&1 account have a strikethrough and are not downloaded to Apple Mail. I have 3 email accounts - one from my ISP (BT), a Googlemail account and another from my web hosting service (1and1). ![]() ![]() I am using Apple Mail as my email client. ![]()
